About Sarah
Sarah Aster was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, where she attended Pacific Northwest College of Art to major in Illustration. She works primarily in book illustration and character development, and enjoys some creative writing on the side. If she's not writing her own stories, you'll probably find her reading someone else's.
Sarah depicts her visual storytelling with detailed linework and a variety of texture and color. With a range of narratives directed towards both children and young adult audiences, Sarah focuses her storytelling around themes of adventure, connection, and just a little bit of mischief.
